Order Processing Times
Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched after it’s placed. An order is considered dispatched once it’s been handed off to our shipping carrier and is on its way to you.
During peak seasons or holidays, processing may take up to 7 business days, but we always work to get your order out as quickly as possible.
Estimated Shipping Times
Delivery times depend on your location. Once your order has been dispatched, you can track its journey right to your door.

Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details
Please double-check your shipping address when placing your order. Incomplete or incorrect details may delay processing or result in cancellation.
If you spot an error, e-mail support@cushida.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to fix it, but we can’t guarantee changes after this timeframe.
If our system flags a potential issue with your address, our support team will contact you within 3 business days. If we don’t receive a response, your order may be canceled and refunded.
Delayed Delivery
We know how important it is to receive your order on time, and we always aim to ship promptly. However, delays can occur due to courier issues, customs, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If a delay happens, we’ll do everything we can to work with the courier and keep you informed. Please note that Cushidacannot guarantee specific delivery dates or be held liable for delays caused by external factors.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is lost or stolen after being handed to the courier, please contact us at support@cushida.com. We’ll help you reach out to the courier to file a claim and will follow up on your behalf.
While Cushida is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are in transit, we will do our best to assist you. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement if the package cannot be located.
If the courier confirms the package as lost, we also recommend filing a police report to document the incident.
