Damaged Items

 


We carefully package each product to ensure it arrives safely. An item is considered “damaged” if it has a defect or arrives physically broken.

Minor damage to packaging (such as dents or creases) that doesn’t affect the product itself is not considered damage.


If your item arrives damaged, please e-mail support@cushida.com within 72 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. Our team will review your case and, if eligible, arrange a replacement at no cost to you.


We do not issue refunds or replacements for items damaged through normal wear and tear, misuse, or neglect.
